I'm sorry for not updating this blog for quite a while. I've been busy with life and stuffs.
Anyway, Nutrition Month in the Philippines is being celebrated annually every July. The theme of the 2015 Nutrition Month Celebration is "Timbang Iwasto sa Tamang Nutrisyon at Ehersisyo." So basically a healthy diet and exercise.
When I first read the theme, only one word came to my mind: timely. Why? Because in this year of technology, sedentary lifestyle has become a thing now. Let me ask you one thing. How many minutes in a day do you spend walking and how many minutes do you spend scrolling on your phones?
I'm guilty too. So as I said it's very timely. To compensate for this, I make sure that I do brisk walking whenever I have the chance.
